When quite complex problems (relating to redirections and Joomla) arose with our company website I contacted various IT companies for help, but found that they gave contradictory advice, could only suggest an expensive and unwanted revamp of the site, or just didn’t understand what the problems were or what to do about them. I was tired of so-called specialists just guessing and was beginning to think we were never going to resolve the site issues, which were seriously affecting our business. Anton, however, immediately knew what needed to be done and sorted everything out quickly for us. Not only that, he explained everything clearly and patiently, so I didn’t have to keep going back querying IT jargon. I wanted to write to you to say a huge thank you for the tireless work you and the team put into our new web site. When we placed the design of the site into your hands, nothing was a problem and you liaised with Ian Mitchell, the graphic designer, to ensure the site works according to our requirements. The site looks and feels exactly as we envisaged and your team have been quick to make amendments during the initial stages of going live. Feedback from our supporters has been amazing and they have mentioned that they have never seen a site that offers you the opportunity to donate towards a piece of equipment. This transparency allows the donor to decide where their money will be spent and which pieces of equipment are needed the most. Most importantly, as a charity we were very specific about our budget and were glad when you were able to come in on budget.

A special thanks to Anton who in my opinion really has the clients interests at heart all the time and told us straight what would work and what would cost too much to achieve.

The back end section where we can update the content on the site is easy to use and will make a huge difference in keeping our site current and up to date.
